Correction: Earlier today I posted that MN does not turn over criminals who are in custody and in the USA illegally. That is wrong. The state of MN DOES do this with ICE. The issue is with some county jails, not state prisons and not all county jails - just some. The last thing MN needs is people sharing misinformation. My apologies for getting this one wrong.
