Victoria voted NO to the Voice, but you're getting it anyway and much much more. At the behest of the Labor state government, the indigenous industry is busy building a bureaucracy within a bureaucracy, all paid for by the Victorian taxpayer. The first treaty is almost here, complete with lots of cushy, high paid jobs for the city aboriginals and an entire "educational institution". Looks like Jacinta Allan wants it all in place before the next election.
