Bullshit. I'm at 80 ng/dL vitamin D (the average person is 20 ng/dL) and was still under 300. When I was 26 I was 900. Now I'm 48. The study is studying people with shitty D to start with. If you're that fucked up, ya, get some Vitamin D and start there but it isn't a magic bullet. What you need is daily T injections when you wake up, with HGC to prevent your balls from shrinking and to mimic the natural rhythm of T during the day instead of slamming your body with constant T all week. This means that your body still produces T naturally and you're just adding to fill the gap, and your balls keep working properly. You should be 850-900 ng/dL of T 1 hour from waking up. If you're not, you're deficient. If you're only a little low, like 600, then you can take Kisspeptin-10 which will drive about 300 point increase in T naturally. It will also make you significantly more fertile per sexual encounter. (this is true no matter what your T level is)
