I understand why Pokemon players are defiantly arguing why its not gambling. However my point is clear. There has not been any ruling carving out TCGs from gambling laws

I play MTG and played Pokemon the day it came out, I agree they are skill based.
However with casinos popping up everywhere new challenges are going to emerge as to who has the right to host card games, how we apply the predominant factor test to every new game, and when an entry fee is gambling.
Its going to be insane applying the predominant factor test to every single TCG to figure out the degree of skill or chance.

Moreover in relation to the last post, automated systems for acct recovery feel less robust than they used to. Between @RiotSupport or @Microsoft the automated systems in place to actually handle issues are woefully insufficient to anything worthwhile. Don't even mention AI
