I really appreciated this article @AdamMGrant & shared w/ my company @Truss_Works We've been doing practices you mention, from a #wins channel in Slack (huge value!), to "no meeting" days to create uninterrupted time. I'm doing a No Meeting week as an experiment starting Monday.
