VHP Bajrang Dal activists reportedly protested against the burial of a Christian woman and compelled her family to move the body nearly 300 km to a Christian cemetery in Jagdalpur.
The groups claimed the area falls under the Fifth Schedule and declared that Christian burials would not be permitted in the villages.

Odisha: In a shocking incident in Berhampur, two brothers, Mukteswar Kumar and Ashis Kumar assaulted Umesh Rath in broad daylight on a public road. A woman accompanying the victim was seen shielding him with her body and pleading with the attackers to stop the assault. Umesh condition is said to be critical.

इससे आप अंदाजा लगा सकते है कि ऐसे पाखंडी बस पैसों और दान दक्षिणा के लिए ही मंदिर में है , भगवान से इन्हें कोई लेना देना नहीं। क्योंकि ये कल तक जिसको पूजते आ रहे थे ,आने वाले समय में गाली भी दे सकते है ।

"My daughter was mentally tortured, abused by her husband", says Rekha Sharma, Twisha's mother. Listen in to this conversation.
Last week, 31-year-old Twisha Sharma was found dead at her Bhopal home. Originally from Noida, Twisha is learnt to have sent out messages of distress to a close friend shortly before her death.
Twisha's family have accused her husband and her in-laws of murdering her and using her mother-in-law's position as a retired judge to influence proceedings in the case.
