@ajeetbharti Koi bhi kaum apno pe jyada bharosa karti hai. Jaise aap pucho koi discovery kisne ki. Sab apani apni purwajo ka naam lete hain. AI ki bhi apani kaum hai. Ek AI sabhi kaamo ko AI ki hi batayega.
@birafit1 I thought we were talking about food habits and how they influence our body/health. Did you intend to convey that we copy 100% of vietanami way of life/culture religion etc and not just food? I can point out few yuckky stuff they do too that you won't like.
Vietnam taught me something India keeps missing about food.
There are problems with Indian food.
This is me eating a bánh mì (a french baguette turned into Vietnamese sandwhich) filled with vegetables and some meat.
Almost every staple dish there (pho, spring rolls, stir-fries) is loaded with vegetables + a solid protein source by default.
A pho (filled with noodles, soup, meat and vegetables) is so satiating that you don’t need anything for 3-4 hours.
Plus it’s super low in calories.
Protein + vegetables isn’t a ‘health choice’ there.
It’s just how food is built.
That’s the difference.
Indian food isn’t unhealthy because of spices or tradition.
It’s unhealthy because it’s grain heavy, vegetable less, protein optional and overcooked.
Too much rice or roti.
Too little fiber.
Vegetables boiled to a point where they lose a lot of their nutrients.
When balance is built into the cuisine, people don’t need discipline.
When it isn’t, people need constant control.
Health isn’t just personal responsibility.
It’s a cultural design.
@Nalanda_index You don't know anything.. the new coaches that Mudi govt has built under the leadership of vaishnavi ashnav is having 2mm increased height.
Anyone who has traveled in Third AC knows this struggle.
The upper berth is so cramped that you can’t even sit properly . your neck stays bent the whole time. And you can’t just lie down for hours either. The moment you try to sit up, your neck refuses to straighten.
It’s uncomfortable, frustrating, and something passengers deal with on almost every journey.
Nepal banned student politics as soon as the new govt took over. An excellent decision because:
1. It distracts students from their primary purpose. Instead of studying, they get involved in protests, campaigns, and power struggles.
2. At a young age, students are rebellious without purpose and more vulnerable to influence, and political parties exploit these traits and use campuses to push their own agendas, limiting independent thinking.
3. Student politics frequently leads to clashes, violence, and unrest, turning educational institutions into conflict zones rather than safe learning spaces.
4. It politicizes the functioning of colleges, affecting merit-based decisions in admissions and administration. Most importantly, it wastes valuable time that could be spent building skills and careers, especially since very few students actually enter politics later.
The only argument in favor of student politics is that isne desh ko Shri falana, Shri dhimkana jaise mahaan leaders diye hain. Arre aise ki taise mahaan leaders ki. Those who have interest and capability in politics will rise irrespective of whether student politics exists or not.
India too should seriously consider banning it. Few things are as unproductive, nuisance-creating, taxpayer money–consuming, and low-IQ-driven as student politics.
Came across an intriguing case of a missing, retd Pakistani Army Officer on X.
All facts, except his *involvement in Kulbhushan Jadhav and his abduction by Indian agencies* (alleged by Pakistan), are verified.
A major incident had befallen the retired Lt Col of the Pakistani Army, Habib Zahir...
It unfolded something like this:
His wife had just woken up from her afternoon nap when she received a WhatsApp message and a selfie from her husband, stating: "I’ve reached Kathmandu safely; my flight to Lumbini is in a little while!"
A few hours later, another message and selfie arrived: "I’ve reached Lumbini safely!" Shortly thereafter, his phone went dead.
After retiring, Habib had updated his LinkedIn profile to read: "Open to work for the UNO." A few days later, a man named Mark contacted him, explaining: "The UNO requires an individual with a military background for a project in Nepal. It is a high-ranking position with an excellent salary; the UNO will cover all expenses—including housing, a car, and travel." He was told that he would need to travel to Nepal for the interview.
At the appointed time, he was provided with a visa and flight tickets for the Lahore–Oman–Kathmandu route. In Oman, he was handed two mobile phones, a Nepali SIM card, and some Nepali currency; Habib subsequently arrived safely in Lumbini.
Everything went smoothly up to this point; there was just one catch: the Indian border lies merely 5 kilometers away from Lumbini.
The moment Habib sent his message and selfie upon reaching Lumbini, his SIM card was deactivated.
The website where he had been instructed to upload his biodata vanished completely. The phone number belonging to "Mark"—the man with whom he had been communicating—also went dead. Since then, neither Habib nor Mark has been seen or heard from anywhere.
Pakistan has alleged that Habib was abducted by India. The Indian government, however, has categorically denied any involvement in Habib's abduction.
The truly solid twist in this story is this: "Habib Zahir was the very same individual who played a pivotal role in abducting the Indian industrialist Kulbhushan Jadhav from Iran and handing him over to the ISI."
Quite an intriguing tale, isn't it? ...One whose true architect remains an "unknown entity"!!
HOW A PAKISTANI SPY WENT MISSING FROM NEPAL, A YEAR AFTER KULBHUSHAN JADHAV WAS ARRESTED BY THE ISI
Mohammad Habib Zahir was a Pakistan Army Lt Colonel who had served with the ISI and Frontier Corps in Balochistan. After his retirement in 2014, he worked at a private company (Rafhan Mills in Faisalabad) but maintained ISI links.
In early 2017, after posting his CV on LinkedIn and a UN-related job portal, he received an offer for a high-paying security role (Vice President/Zonal Director, salary $3,500–$8,500 per month) from a contact named Mark Thompson of Strategic Solutions Consultancy (UK-linked).
He travelled to Nepal on a business-class ticket (via Oman), arriving in Kathmandu around April 5-6, 2017. He then flew domestically to Lumbini (5 km from the India-Nepal border). Zahir sent a message (with location and picture) to his family/wife confirming arrival at 1 pm on April 6. His phone then went silent.
All trace of Zahir vanished after that message. The job contact website disappeared. 9 years later his whereabouts remain unknown. Pakistan registered a police case and Nepal investigated, with no results.
Multiple media reports link Zahir to the ISI team that tracked, identified and took custody of Kulbhushan Jadhav (in March 2016). Pakistan claims Jadhav was arrested in Balochistan for espionage and terrorism; India claims he was abducted from Iran while running a business. Zahir was involved in that operation.
Most likely outcome: As long as Kulbhushan Jadhav remains under arrest in Pakistan, Habib Zahir won't be returning home to Faisalabad.

Dr. Sivaranjani got a court case!
For 8 years, Dr Sivaranjani has been raising concerns about fake ORS! Last week she got a court case from one such company.
Companies in India spend crores on lawyers and Bollywood celebrities. Imagine if they instead spent on good quality ingredients as well?
This is not just a court case on Dr. Sivaranjani, this is also an attack on freedom of speech. Companies should remember that Freedom of Speech allows Freedom to Criticize.
Share this video to support @dr_sivaranjani and help this reach more Indians.
@Keval_IM@vsvicky_ Yes, but you stay in same area or nearby right? So if you advertise as low price area..more ppl will try to seek and that demand will eventually bring up the prices which will be higher than organic increase

@ajeetbharti mansik santunlan kho diya hai aapne. International means अंतरराष्ट्रीय and अंतर्राष्ट्रीय both are same. For अंतर्देशीय, you have to say अंतराष्ट्रीय
@Keval_IM@vsvicky_ Similarly ppl staying in border areas in Raj/Punjab can also say. "I am here my entire life" I was here in 71 war too!". Still people will not flock border areas. Price is determined by economics & risk in the area. You are trying to get more ppl to increase your property rate 😂
Someone should ask who would go that far? It's 60 km from Noida? 70 km from Delhi? Cab fare would be more than flight ticket. Villager made huge money, people who sold their acres of land to real estate companies made money, netas made money. But I am not really optimistic about jewar. It's not noida international it's Jewar International.
The PM inaugurated the first phase of Noida International Airport today. It is planned to eventually become Asia’s largest airport.
It is important because it will decongest the Delhi IGI Airport, boost connectivity across the NCR, and drive economic growth in western UP by attracting industries, jobs, and logistics hubs.
A project of this scale reflects sustained policy push and coordination, something both PM Narendra Modi and CM Yogi Adityanath have quietly prioritized over the years.

@Raj_Unfiltered There must be way to protect indigenous religious identity at any cost. Rest all is bakwas! Secularism and and diversity is churan from West to control the narrative and govt.
Secularism means separation of Church and state frist nepal is not christain state so not possible to sperate state and church therotically and second why we should seprate any holy places ? rather We protect churches, mosques, and all kinds of holy places. Nepal have own history and dharma since begining state have priority to conserve it and protect other as well .we believe in Sarve Bhavantu Sukhinah, Sarvada let everyone be happy.
Good luck @ShahBalen
After handing over power to the new Prime Minister, Mark Rutte simply unlocked his bicycle, took it off the stand, and rode away. 😊🚴🏿
Rutte stepped down after serving 14 years in office and passed leadership to Dick Schoof. He later went on to become the Secretary General of NATO.
In contrast, in our country, such farewells are often marked by long convoys of cars.

🚂Stoppage Removal Alert! 🛑
Indian Railways is shifting gears with a new "Dynamic Halt" policy to slash travel times.
Here’s the deal: if a station doesn't meet the "5% Rule," the train won't be stopping there anymore.
📍 The "5% Rule" Explained
Railways will automatically remove stoppages at stations where:
❌ Average daily bookings are less than 5% of available seats.
❌ The data is tracked over a rolling 180-day period.
⚡ Why the change?
The goal is simple: Speed. By cutting underutilized halts, Mail and Express trains can maintain higher average speeds and improve punctuality across the network.
Will your station get into this list? 👇
