Talking to HNI client. And He mentioned that I saw people making big money in real estate but not in mutual fund. I did many webinar on this and hence had perfect answer. Most of this big real estate gain we see is outlier cases which people talked about most. Someone brought plot fpr 5 lac 20 year back and now due to highway it value 2 CR etc. I gave my own example , we brought house 13 year back for 11 lac and current market price for same house is 13 lac. More over Land and property disputes account for an estimated 66% of all civil cases in India. No one will talk about in family function that they brought land at so and so location and now turn out to be scam and stuck in court case. On top of that, law liquidity play major role. Mutual fund is highly liquid hence most people take out mutual fund first as choice for any funding need. Land sale comes last as its not easy to sell overnight.There are many fund out there with 20+ year of history which made 50x-100x return but hardly any investor stay such long in mutual fund as its liquid asset ,easy to redeem. Mutual fund is diversified portfolio while real estate is concentrated bet. There is pro and cons of both investment. Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. In our last trip of EV to Ahmedabad Used multiple DC fast charger Experience was mixed, ease of using this charger and unified app is needed for better charging Experience. Here is summer of cost and time 33KWh 82% charging in 1hr12min 702 INR for ~ 250 KM Common issue 1. Different app for Different charger 2. Add money to wallet, if not work ur money will stay in wallet 3. Internet issue where charger is locketed hence issue with payment 4. Non cooperation people at hotel mostly where charger is installed. 5. Still some working charger are not registered in map 6. You can not continue new session while away from charger, one need to disconnect and reconnect to start new session. 7. Simple EV charger ahead road sign can be helpful

@volklub most of time it used in city only but I am listing issue with charging infra. All EV charging company should come up with single interface app for smooth experience

@Keval_IM Precisely why I have a firm stand of 70:30 use with 200 km radius for EVs for stress free usage. They are best tech (better than ICE) for this used case.
