• A tote bag in my jacket pocket
• Journal → On smartphone
• Charger/Powerbank → Charge beforehand
• Drink → Buy it on the go
• Rest → Not urgent

I once sold a couple a couch in Costco. Two months later I hiked a mountain and they were there, with their kids, at the summit. Opposite side of the state. They pieced together who I was, walked over, and began asking me warranty questions with their backs to the sunset

If you come into my child’s exam room, wearing a rainbow and trans lanyard you are not a safe provider for my children. And I am in the parking lot having left an ear nose and throat appointment because this needs to stop. I don’t care, but that doctor seemed shocked- what she was wearing is offensive to me as a lesbian and a mom and I am not going to allow visits to proceed if you walk in wearing something like that. And hopefully, she gets to explain to her administration why they just lost the billing for that visit.

In Stuttgart haben Schüler und Schülerinnen nach dem ersten „Schulstreik gegen die Wehrpflicht“ Post vom Ordnungsamt bekommen: 20 Euro Verwarnungsgeld, weil sie nicht im Unterricht waren.
Für die Teilnahme am zweiten Streik haben Schulen deutlich härtere Strafen angekündigt.
Das Signal ist eindeutig: Wer sich politisch engagiert und gegen Aufrüstung und Wehrpflicht protestiert, soll abgeschreckt werden. Statt die Anliegen junger Menschen ernst zu nehmen, setzt man auf Bußgelder und Drohungen.
