LGBTQ kids have extremely high rates of self-harm and suicide. Even the New Brunswick rules allow for adults to work with kids, counsellors and others before informing parents. These rules will only allow for intervention after harm has occurred. That’s cruel and inhumane.

Jim Prentice tried to roll back LGBTQ kids’ rights, but was forced not to. Jason Kenney managed to deprive LGBTQ children of some protection. You, however, will show kids what true homophobia looks like.

We had to fly from Toronto to Saskatchewan last night. Guys coughing and congested to my left and right (not masked), people coughing in front and behind (not masked). No one else masked. It’s sad to see, especially when the childrens’ hospitals/ED’s are being over run 😣

I am at the airport- wearing a mask but just about everyone else is not doing their part- especially those coughing and sneezing sans mask. Kids and health care workers need us to step up- get vaccinated and wear a mask indoors. It really is not that hard.

UCP ministers are now boasting about all the great things they’re going to do: add more EAs, re-index AISH, address kids’ mental health, etc.
Every one of them had 3+ years to push for these things. They were all silent. They were complicit.

1) women still being sterilized
2) continued outlawing of our own medicines, while nice land acknowledgments exist@entrances
