Joking about kompromat on a former president and a former president, like it is locker room gossip. Then pivoting to prediabetes in the same chain. Two things can be true at once: - This could easily be dark, gross, basically satirical banter in a tiny elite circle. - The fact that this level of conversation is even plausible, with these names, tells you how unserious and compromised the ruling class is. You are not supposed to know whether it is a joke, a rumor, or a half-truth. That uncertainty is the point. It keeps everyone guessing, and it keeps power opaque. The real headline is not "is this specific thing real." The real headline is: these are the kinds of things that feel *normal* in their world.
