The best likeness of Anne Boleyn? A 19th c. woodcut of the 1534 medal, made before it was damaged between 1891 and 1920, may well be the best preservation of her features. The long face and strong chin are comparable to other images of Anne. tudorfaces.blogspot.com/2021/07/the-mo… #Tudors

For a time in the past, some royal dynastic names (‘Plantagenets’, ‘Tudors’, ‘Stuarts’ ‘Hanoverians’) did not exist or were uncommon, as shown in this uncut sheet of an almanac printed in 1752. The Tudors, for example, were merely called ‘The Families United’.

@hourlystevie 'Hold Me' - super catchy and great tandem vocals from Christine and Lindsey. Stevie was on the demo, but doesn't appear to be in the official version. Love 'That's Alright' too. Cool to see some country performers doing covers of it!

@stevieandpeople According to 'Rumours' (a Fleetwood Mac fanzine from the late 80s to early 90s), this was taken at London's Hard Rock Cafe after Stevie's concert at Wembley Arena in 1989. Stevie wore a black wig and posed with the Cafe's manager, a lady named Jerry Leonard, who wore a blond wig.
