1.) Losing Hyman was massive and everyone knew it. 2.) Nuge and Ekholm far from healthy sucked. 3.) inexcusable to not address arguably the worst goaltending in the league for 3 straight years.

I honestly don’t think Edmonton is playing any worse than they have the entire playoffs, I just think Florida is that good. They have such a suffocating forecheck that just tires out our guys, and then it leads to tired mistakes which end up in the back of the net. All it is.

FLA fully deserving of the Cup. They were the better team. More disciplined. Better special teams. Better goaltending. Better 5x5 scoring. Set the tone the past five past games. Support puck very well, go to the net regularly to create screens and havoc. Very few turnovers.
