Hey @Turo I returned a vehicle because it was unsafe to drive, per your agent’s instructions, and was promised a replacement + reimbursement. Now my account is suddenly restricted, my travel credit is gone, and no one will respond. This is unacceptable. Please fix this ASAP.

@turo completely disgusted with service. Last host made a fraud claim to get more money saying I smoked in his car I don’t smoke I have reached out numerous times to have this resolved and still it has not been resolved- I will take legal action

Returning this @cybertruck to its owner on @turo tomorrow morning. Such an impressive vehicle but the real star is FSD 14.2 which is just mind blowing. Drove 90 minutes without once having to touch the wheel. Can’t wait for it to come to the UK.

@turo customer service bites. Been trying to get a supervisor for three days now. Each time I call they put me on hold for 10 minutes then hang up. Or they promise one will call back - which never happens. Might be easier to rent a car next time instead of turo
