Hon. @PNyamutoro, the Minister of State for Energy and Mineral Development (Minerals), together with her husband @eddykenzoficial, has today registered their three-week-old baby for a NIN. @GovUganda issues FREE #BirthCertificateUg to children under six months. As we scale up our birth registration campaign nationwide, citizens are encouraged to visit registration centers in their communities to access this free service.
