@JacobBNH1 @MassJumbo This is great but you said you rent and do not own so you are not paying NH property taxes. That could be an extra $1k-$1500 per month, for example, if you owned a home.

@MassJumbo I do it. Dover to Peabody in office 3 days a week. It’s not so bad, 95 through that point is a breeze, I’m making 6 figures, my rent is like 1k cheaper than a similar place down there, and I get to live in Dover instead of having to live on the north shore

Before the war we were negotiating w/ leaders who left the SOH open, w/held the proxies (under this admin) - since the war began most of those leaders have been killed, the SOH is closed & will be used by Iran as leverage going forward.
The IRGC & proxies are empowered.
Our regime change war has made the region more volatile & will end up being a net negative for us, just like all the previous regime change wars.
We can conduct effective CT without these foolish large scale wars, it’s not a binary choice

By killing moderates who enforced Iran’s ban on building nuclear weapons & restrained the proxies, we’ve empowered the hardliners who are now far less likely to negotiate with us.
