My mom just moved into her new 5 bedroom house and told me to move in with her. Her words: “spending $1800 on rent is ridiculous. Save your money and move in with me. The driver refused to stop, leading to a high-speed pursuit. The Trooper safely performed a PIT maneuver, ending the pursuit. The driver then bailed out and attempted to flee on foot, but was no match for the Trooper's determination and physical endurance. After climbing a fence while trying to escape, the suspect was tased and taken into custody. The driver, Samuel Infante of Laredo, was arrested and charged with six counts of smuggling of persons. Six illegal immigrants were turned over to the U.S. Border Patrol.
