@TheAleksee The thing about these areas are that each of the Texas cities (Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio) has these extremely wealthy areas + 80% college near Downtown next to urban areas that are quite poor. i.e. Olmos Park, W U Place, Highland Pk, etc.
