The sad part here… the young fella is working hard. Doing everything the coach has asked & I applaud him for his work..Not even saying this guy is a bad guy bc he might be a good dude… but he should never be in the weight room again with kids. This is beyond malpractice

Extreme risk, terrible execution, just asking to get hurt for absolutely no benefit. I know plenty of S&C coaches of all levels follow me, if you are encouraging things like this you’re a moron.

@Blabssa @sagoralife They are also letting their residents live in chaos and telling then not to speak to people. As my mother house has been flooded 3x by the same man and they told her she can stay there while they cut the ceiling out and do repairs it’s not that unsafe/unhealthy

@sagoralife Sagora assisted living are telling families that they can’t bandage someone if they fall and cut their skin even if it’s minor? they can’t render any type of bandage to stop someone from bleeding. nurses competency can’t put a bandage on someone if they have a minor skin tear????
