@TylerMintons I am assuming it means that just like Pockets ult Affliction, it cannot put a hero into 0 HP, only 1 HP. Meaning you still have to confirm the kill, but it will very much help you achieve that.

@TylerMintons there is no real speed cap in turboblast. you can chain many methods of gaining speed together to exceed your "max speed"
