Ok so I’m starting to wrap my head around AI agents for knowledge work teams. I’m realizing everyone will want an app like Codex/GPT work for individual use, as well as an agent they can use collaboratively. What the 2nd one looks like is unclear. Every company is different in size, the way they communicate, and what they do. It makes it hard to create a one size fits all “agent solution”… Setting up slack agents is hard but it’s not the hardest part. It’s the maintenance, permissions and the onboarding of new team members so they understand how to use the company agent. Also evals, models, skills, connections, channels, internal docs, versions, bugs and like 50 other things. If you’re a company that has a great setup for agents that your whole team uses, I would love to hear about it.

Just built my first data warehouse... First tried postgres then moved to clickhouse for append-only Needed R2 objects on cloudflare to make sure it has room for historical data I spoke to @jacob_posel today and HQ DID help solve this. Honestly if you just install it and do absolutely nothing... your quality of life while coding will be 10-20% better just based on the harness and rules

long overdue appreciation post for @HQForWork i've been using HQ since its inception, and it still amazes me every day. revamped my dev setup recently and it really drove that home. i've been testing & living across five different AI apps lately - claude, codex, opencode, cursor, and a few CLI sessions in random terminals. multiple sessions, three remote dev machines, different companies, all from one laptop. HQ makes all of this painless - context, knowledge, skills, secrets, integrations, and new learnings stay in sync across every machine, app, and teammate in the background, each company walled off on its own. this sync would be enough, but it's way more than that. everything i or a teammate figures out compounds and gets shared across the whole team - humans and agents alike. the thing genuinely gets smarter the more any of us use it. and honestly, this is just scratching the surface. most people still don't realize this is how work can feel now.

@codyplof Possibly dumb question: How are you all switching between models so easily? I have my Claude all set up with all my connections etc. I guess I just have to repeat that for each model? Please don't tell me the answer is HQ...

I've been a huge Claude fan, but it's actually a joke how much better Codex is right now. I can run 5.6 Sol extra high all day with no concerns of hitting my limit. One loop in Claude on Fable and I'm cooked. Plus Codex winning on remote control and goal. Now that 5.6 can design, I'm finding myself using claude less and less. I could cancel by Claude sub and be fine (first time I've said that since I started using it) but I'd be losted without Codex.
