Now he's backed off that, his administration has Vance out here saying stabilize prices and Burgum saying lowering costs isn't affordable. For the first time in this thread, I will be serious, especially since you didn’t lead with “fuck you, bald asshole”. One of two possible answers to that question comes to mind: 1) Trump is trying to reignite patriotism in America. 2) He is positioning himself to use this move as beneficial leverage to achieve something else.
