महाराष्ट्र राज्याचे माननीय मुख्यमंत्री महोदयांनी अलीकडे जाहीर केले की, शेतकऱ्यांना कृषी कर्ज मंजूर करताना त्यांचा CIBIL स्कोअर विचारात घेऊ नये. शेतकरी वर्गाच्या हितासाठी ही भूमिका स्वागतार्ह असली तरी, फक्त जाहीर व्यासपीठावर केलेली घोषणा बँकांसाठी बंधनकारक ठरत नाही, हे लक्षात घेणे आवश्यक आहे. आपणास विनंती आहे खालील मुद्दे आपण लक्षात घ्यावेत: ✅ सर्व बँका या भारतीय रिझर्व्ह बँक (RBI) व भारत सरकारच्या वित्त मंत्रालय यांच्याकडून वेळोवेळी जारी होणाऱ्या अधिकृत मार्गदर्शक सूचनांनुसार कार्य करतात. ✅ CIBIL गुणांकन आणि पतशिस्त हे केवळ केंद्र सरकारच्या धोरणांद्वारे ठरवले जातात आणि त्यामध्ये राज्य सरकारचा आदेश RBI, वित्त विभाग किंवा बँकांच्या मुख्यालयाला देऊन त्याचे रूपांतर बँकांचे परिपत्रक काढणे आवश्यक आहे. घोषणा करून शाखा स्थरावर कोणताही बदल करता येत नाही. ✅ त्यामुळे जोपर्यंत बँक मुख्य कार्यालय, RBI किंवा वित्त मंत्रालयाकडून अधिकृत परिपत्रक जारी होत नाही, तोपर्यंत बँका कृषी कर्ज प्रक्रियेत CIBIL स्कोअर विचारात घेणे थांबवू शकत नाहीत. त्यामुळे आम्ही विनंती करतो की राज्य सरकारने ही बाब संबंधित बँका, वित्त मंत्रालय आणि RBI कडे अधिकृतरीत्या मांडावी, जेणेकरून संपूर्ण राज्यभर/ देशभर लागू होईल अशा स्वरूपात स्पष्ट निर्देश बँकांना जारी करता येतील. आपल्या बँक अधिकारी वर्गाच्या कार्यपद्धतीबद्दल गैरसमज होऊ नये म्हणून हे स्पष्टीकरण देत आहोत. @Dev_Fadnavis @nsitharaman @FinMinIndia @DFS_India @RBI @UFBUIndia

@Jalna Following the unfortunate assault on our Branch Manager at Union Bank, Ramnagar Branch, Jalna on 20th June 2025, we have taken a firm and united stand against such unacceptable acts of violence. Yesterday, 23rd June 2025, under the banner of UFBU organized a strong protest in front of the Collector’s Office, Jalna to express our outrage and demand strict action against the accused. Dear Comrades, It is with deep concern and strong condemnation that we address the unfortunate incident that occurred yesterday, 20th June 2025, at our Union Bank Ramnagar Branch,Jalna where a customer manhandled our Branch Manager. Such acts of aggression are completely unacceptable and will not be tolerated. Immediate action was taken by the Branch Manager and our local UBOA Maharashtra representatives, ensuring that the culprit was swiftly apprehended and is now behind bars. An *FIR has been registered under BNS Sections 132, 121(1), 352, and 351(2)* in this regard. We appreciate the prompt response of the authorities and the unwavering support of the Bank Management in this matter. Our Ahliyanagar UBOA team is currently in Jalna to assist and monitor the situation closely. The undersigned is in continuous touch with all to ensure necessary follow-up actions are taken. UBOA Maharashtra strongly condemns this act and stands firmly with our affected colleague. We assure you that further course of action will be pursued in coordination with *UFBU Maharashtra* to ensure such incidents are not repeated and that the safety and dignity of our members are upheld at all times. We strongly opposed this move, emphasizing that it goes against the assurances given by the NDA government in 2003.
