Today we brought back the Community Conversation! This collaboration with the local ESL non-profit, Friendship-Community Project (fcp-iowa.org)! Our trained conversation partners talk with English learners from the @CityOfIowaCity community.

Oh my what a wonderful night! Such good conversation with the educators from Palestine, AND we spotted a hawk & a pair of deer (all while a pair were practicing baseball nearby, which lead to a whole baseball conversation…). 😀
