@HMRCgovuk Web chat is not working either. HMRC having the afternoon off? When are HMRC going to get their act together. It is an important service but one that regularly lets people down. LONG call connection times etc etc have been the case for years now. No wonder UK growth is so low.

We have a client who has not received their PAYE references from #HMRC so cannot run payroll and nothing at HMRC is working phone lines etc are down, usual excuse of technical difficulty. It seems no-one is working at HMRC to speak to. Is HMRC fit for purpose is the question?

@GOVUK and @HMRCcustomers Due to industrial action, from Wednesday 10 May 2023 to Friday 2 June 2023 our phone line opening hours are: Reduced! Employer phone is down and not working at all. Web chat is not working either. Terrible service as usual.

@HMRCcustomers We cannot call HMRC as HMRC cuts us off and says HMEC to busy to answer the phones this afternoon.. webchat is also saying unavailable it is a public disgrace frankly and only answer on Twitter is try later? Really is HMRC fit for purpose is the next question I am afraid?

@UKTax Hi. Are you referring to the access code? They can normally take up to 15 minutes to arrive. I would suggest to please try again later. Suchona

@HMRCcustomers are OTP (one time passwords) for Gateway access not working today as not been able to get any OTPs. Tried calling HMRC and the automated massage simply hangs up saying HMRC can't answer the phone at present (fairly usual) but also Web chat seems to be down...

@HMRCcustomers @HMRCcustomers your aswer is extremely unhelpful. I asked is the OTP password text system down this afternoon, it is a fairly simple question surely as HMRC support you know the answer or not?

@HMRCcustomers HMRC general message to the world theses days seems to be we have problem try later. Some of us have productive work we are trying to do. Can HMRC please get their act together and things working properly...

@HMRCcustomers After entering ID + password then a OTP (one time password) is supposed to be issued by text (in this case app) but no texts are arriving this afternoon. If ask again for a code still never arrives. Now telling us we have tried to often. Is the system done as wasting lots of time

@QuickBooksUK we have managed to get into QBO via quickbooks.intuit.com/uk/ but the uk.qbo.intuit.com way in is not working this morning and has the 503 error on it

@QuickBooksUK https:uk.qbo.intuit.com is showing "503 Service Temporarily Unavailable" this morning. Support not open until 9am and we are in tax return season... Didn't want to post here but no other way of contacting you until support opens. What's going on...

Yet another example of @HMRCgovuk @HMRCcustomers not being helpful or doing what they say they will. Says 21.30pm yet this blocking message is at 9:15am on Sunday 30 May 2021. You can't get into the agent services at all. Disappointing. @GOVUK really need to sort HMRC out.

@ZohoCRM @salesforce @ZohoCRM we do have a legitimate question for you. #Zoho in the last month (ish) has given customers approx. 6 months notice that key Zoho software modules are being scrapped. It seems quite possible that could now happen to any Zoho software? Scrapped with very little warning.

For #CRM example @ZohoCRM has around 70k followers on Twitter and @salesforce has over 500k followers so on what basis are Zoho CRM claiming in the Twitter header "The Worlds Favorite CRM". Presumably there is other evidence for such a claim? or is it an unfounded claim?

@zohocares in 30+ years in business we have never come across a company that only gives 5 to 6 months notice a key product (for the user) being scrapped. That is simply unreasonable in our option and we have never had that short notice from any other supplier! #Respect #Software

#ZohoOne and @zohocares we have put all UK marketing campaigns on hold re #Zoho Products until it is clear what direction Zoho is heading and certainly that a bit more respect for paying customers is at the heart of Zoho as a company.

We've been reviewing Zoho & #ZohoOne for a while. We have an active project to inform accounting firms in the UK about the benefits of Zoho applications. However the last month a demonstrated the investment in this software is not without risk it will suddenly get scrapped!

Forget applying for #ukbudget @RishiSunak #helptogrow business mentoring & training if you have less than 5 staff Gov has only targeted this at companies more likely to be able to fund it themselves (bigger ones) not smaller aspiring ones with maybe 3 or 4 staff! Very Poor!

#UKBudget and @RishiSunak ...can't sign up at gov.uk/helptogrow as after two attempts just get website error error messages inviting you to try again or 504 ERROR - what a joke even the Gov can't run a working digital service!
