This report demolishes the popular idea that Nimby resistance and bad zoning are repressing housing supply in the GTA. What it shows instead is that an oligopoly of developers is doing that intentionally in order to inflate prices.

This should be plastered along the Danforth. Particularly in Banglatown where there is a tremendous amount of gaslighting taking place right now.
