@fconlon I have never used Twist company services yet. But I heard that this is a computer-based construct designing and synthesizing. Hopefully, this will be cheaper than cloning by ourselves.

Sheepishly, I am asking if anyone uses a company to clone or synthesize constructs and which company? I have been told that it is now cheaper than doing it oneself.

Finally get to see @UMBVirusCore newish space IRL. Directed by Ramesh Chandra, the first Postdoc in my lab, who made all of our viral vectors, established many other molecular techniques in the lab, and taught our first lab members molecular biology. Congrats Ramesh!
