@UMTC_INDIA along with @PwC continues to support the Govt. of Tamil Nadu's vision to procure buses to meet the requirements of its citizens. @UMTC_INDIA team recently conducted the Prototype Inspection of BS-VI Low Floor Diesel Buses to be procured by Govt. of Tamil Nadu.

However, the supply infrastructure, especially the fleet should be able to provide #passenger #comfort, ensure #durability and #reliability . Such aspects on a bus are checked during the procurement process known as Prototype Inspection.

Bus based public transport systems function on the supply of #infrastructure and the extensive networks providing #accessibility , #coverage , #flexibility and #costeffectiveness while enabling the citizens to reap the benefits.
