This is the relevant Minnesota statute in the Shiloh Hendix case. As you can see, disorderly conduct in her case would be using "offensive, obscene, or abusive language tending reasonably to arouse alarm, anger, or resentment in others." The Minnesota Supreme Court held section 2 unconstitutional as a violation of the First Amendment in 2017. Even if Hendrix is convicted at trial, seems like there is a good argument that Section 3 is also unconstitutional - as it basically just criminalizes mean words. Especially when most people think of disorderly conduct as being of the sort described under Section 1 - basically engaging in some kind of physical violence.
