UNDOF recently carried out a joint exercise with Observer Group Golan in the Central Sector to boost operational readiness and cooperation. The activity focused on emergency medical evacuation, rapid response training, and stronger coordination across the mission area.

#UNDOF, in cooperation with the Syrian Arab Red Crescent, conducted a medical health camp in Turnejeh on 23 April 2026, providing basic care and health education to local residents.

During a recent visit by Mr. Claudio Cordone, Deputy Special Envoy for Syria, UNDOF peacekeepers facilitated meetings with community representatives and regional security officials in Jabata al‑Khashab, Trunja, and New Hamidiya strengthening dialogue and mutual understanding.
