I have the US Constitution, the best motherfucking constitution in the world. You have a poor understanding of both the facts of the case and what the phrase "ad hominem" means. I win.
Anti trust laws@JackHates1Amend

@USConst_Amend_3 All you have are ad hominems. She wasn't shot for recording dude. She was shot because she slammed on the gas without regard for the man in front of her. If someone slammed on the gas while you were in front, you would have a reasonable fear of harm.

Next you are going to say not letting soldiers quarter in people's homes against their will is a poison pill. The Constitution of the United States is not a "poison pill" and any government employee who thinks it is should be fired. Out of a cannon.
F.A. United States Attorney Bill Essayli@USAttyEssayli

The demand for judicial warrants is a poison pill. It would effectively provide amnesty to illegal immigrants who have not committed a federal felony.

@USConst_Amend_3 1. The constitution specifically states "the right of the people" hence people who are not part of the people are not protected by 4A. 2. 4A says nothing about judicial warrants. Article 3 specifically gives congress the authority to make courts Congress made immigration courts

So first a woman was shot while exercising the First Amendment right to record law enforcement officers. Them a man was shot because he was exercising his Second Amendment right to carry a weapon. Uh oh...

@USConst_Amend_3 Except you didn't rebut anything. All you did was call it idiotic. The natural rights that the constitution protects, protects any person's right to shoot somebody illegally causing them to fear harm or death. It is legal for you to shoot a kid with a bb-gun aimed at you dude.

@wargod_1 I haven't heard of either of those cases, I'm talking about the two in Minneapolis in which a woman was shot driving away from cops and a man peacefully videotaping cops was executed.

@USConst_Amend_3 A woman was shot while trying to kill an officer with a truck. A man was killed for attacking officers and resisting arrest.

You have the right to bear arms. You have the right to film feds. You have the right to protest. These rights don't go away simply because they're inconvenient for the government.

@USConst_Amend_3 @bbqbaseball62 @LouisianaLp Federal agents have the right to defend themselves from unlawful attack by civilians inserting themselves into a federal law enforcement action. I don’t know what’s so hard to understand about that.

It is not, in fact, a violation of the law for a city not to enforce federal laws. Will someone please read the Tenth Amendment to Trump and explain federalism to him? Also let him know about the First Amendment while you’re at it.

@LouisianaLp You don’t have the right to engage physically with a federal agent. I don’t know what’s so hard to understand about that. This moment. This moment right here he committed a 100% felony.
