@USMS_Philly arrested Jack Ortega, 54, in the 2800 block of Lardner Street. Ortega was a fugitive from Los Angeles, CA. Ortega allegedly sexually assaulted his juvenile step granddaughter and fled the state. A warrant was issued Nov 18th. He is awaiting extradition back to CA.

Daniel Martinez, a co-defendant in the Sept @PAAttorneyGen 5th and Cornwall drug indictment, has been apprehended in the 3500 block of N. 5th St. @USMS_Philly continues to search for Jimmie Torres, the alleged leader of the corrupt organization. Tips to 1-866-865-TIPS(8477).

Derrick Houlihan, 51, was arrested by @USMS_Philly in the 300 block of E. Cambria. He was wanted by PA State Parole and @PhillyPolice SVU for an Oct rape in the 1200 block of E. Washington Lane. Houlihan allegedly raped a homeless woman after bringing her back to his apartment.

@USMS_Philly and @PhillyPolice SIG Detectives arrested Earle Smith, 62, in the 2400 block of N. Broad Street. Smith was wanted for attempted murder in relation to a March 11th, 2024, shooting in the 900 block of W. Duncannon St. Smith had been a fugitive since March 26th, 2024.

@USMS_Philly has apprehended two fugitives wanted for sex offenses. Bryan Williams was arrested in Phila after being wanted by Bucks Co. Detectives for the 2021 Rape of a Child. Alen McNeil was captured in Bristol Twp after fleeing Kansas for sex offense registration violations.

@USMS_Philly and the Pacific Southwest Regional Task Force arrested @PhillyPolice murder fugitive Wesley Robinson, 43, in Los Angeles, CA. Robinson was wanted for an April 6th, 2023, homicide by firearm in the 5900 block of Germantown Avenue. A warrant was issued Oct 3rd, 2024.

@USMS_Philly and the Florida Caribbean Regional TF arrested Eric Jones, 47, in Kissimmee for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender in PA. In 2002 Jones was convicted for rape in KY and has a lifetime requirement to register. Jones was a @PAStatePolice fugitive since March 2020.

@USMS_Philly (Reading Division) has arrested Berks Co. fugitive Kadrise Patience in West Palm Beach, FL. He was wanted for failure to appear on murder charges after being released in 2024. The homicide occurred June 17, 2021, in Reading. He currently awaits extradition to PA.

@USMS_Philly arrested David Rivera in the 3400 block of N. 5th. Rivera absconded from state supervision after conviction for rape of a minor. While barricading himself, Rivera attempted self-harm and was treated upon arrest. Thank you @PhillyPolice 25th Dist for the support!

@USMS_Philly @USMSNewJersey, Bucks Co. Detectives, Bucks Co. Sheriff's, Bristol Borough PD, and Mercer Co. Prosecutor agents, arrested Christian Zahirny in the 500 block of Swain St. Zahirny was wanted for possession and distribution of child pornography in Trenton, New Jersey.

@USMS_Philly @CorrectionsPA FAST Agents and @PAAttorneyGen Agents arrested Michael Drayton, 29, in the 5800 block of Washington Ave. He was wanted for violation of PA State Parole since Jan. Upon being arrested, Drayton was also found to be in possession of a firearm and charged.

@USMS_Philly is offering a $5,000 cash reward for information leading to the arrest of Zaire Manning. This reward will be processed and paid without delay. Manning is wanted for the April 7th shooting murder of an innocent 20-year-old woman. Tips to 1-866-865-TIPS(8477).

Buck Evans, 51, was in violation his PA State Parole for the underlying charges of aggravated assault (1997) and abuse of corps (2020). A warrant for Evans arrest was issued by @CorrectionsPA in March. @USMS_Philly and PA State Parole FAST agents arrested Evans in Upper Darby.

@USMS_Philly and @CorrectionsPA Fugitive Apprehension Search Team (FAST) agents arrest more than 180 state parole fugitives annually in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties. Fugitives Vincent McDowell, Justin Rinaldi, and Miguel Rodriguez have all been recently apprehended.

Cardell Clinton was wanted by @JtownPD for firearms possession and terroristic threats after discharging a round at a woman's home on Feb 19th. He was also wanted in Cambria County for flight to avoid apprehension. @USMS_Philly arrested Clinton in the 500 block of N. 56th St.

@USMS_Philly arrested @Warwickpdbucks fugitive Joseph Vicenty, 39, in the 3200 block of Frankford Ave. Vicenty was wanted for PWID and Drug Delivery Resulting in Death. In Aug 2024 a 36 year-old man was found deceased in Jamison Pa. A warrant for Vicenty was issued Mar 24, 2026.

Izone Jackson, 26, was arrested by @USMS_Philly at 58th and Baltimore ave. Jackson was wanted by @PhillyPolice for aggravated assault on officers and by Wilmington Delaware PD for firearms possession and strangulation. Jackson struck two PPD officers while fleeing on Jan 15.

@USMS_Philly @PhillyPolice SIG and Highway Patrol arrested Ashley Green in the 1300 block of W. Wishart St. Green was wanted for aggravated assault in relation to an Oct 25 shooting in the 1800 block of E. Pike Street. @PhillyPolice SIG issued a warrant for her arrest on Nov 7.

Rashiem Russell has been apprehended in Darlington, South Carolina by @USMS_Philly and the Carolinas Regional Task Force. Russell was wanted for the violent assault of a school crossing guard in Darby Borough. He is being held at Florence county jail waiting extradition to PA.

@USMS_Philly and members of the NY/NJ RFTF (AC Division) arrested New Jersey murder fugitive Malik Boone, 31, in the 4800 block of Merion Ave. Boone was wanted for a Nov 2016 homicide that occurred outside the Hamilton Mall in Egg Harbor Twp. Boone was charged in August of 2024.
