According to a bombshell report, Washington DC is still letting illegal immigrants register and vote in their local elections. That includes for Mayor, Attorney General, DC Council members, and other offices. It all comes back to DC's Local Resident Voting Rights Amendment Act of 2022, which has been effective since 2024. The act literally allows ILLEGAL residents to vote in local elections. The DC Board of Elections goes so far as to provide a dedicated illegal voter registration form. Now let's flashback to June 2025, when the U.S. House passed H.R. 884 (266-148) to repeal this law and ban illegals voting in DC elections. In that legislation, 56 Democrats joined Republicans. Yet despite that, the bill remains PENDING in the Senate right now. Here's Wisconsin Congressman Tom Tiffany calling it out: "They got their official non-citizen voter registration application. So there it is, the U.S. Capitol has turned over control of its government in part to foreign nationals legally and illegally present in our nation's capital!" "What country would allow its foreign capital to be controlled by foreigners? This Capitol does, and it's done with the sufferance of Congress."
