まずい。
体重が想定以上のペースで落ちてて記録簿には反映させてないけど目標体重まで600gだ。
でも体脂肪率は落ちてなくて、本来この体重なら体脂肪率17%台になってないといけないのに。
多分、筋肉の製造が追いつかないまま体重が減ってる。
カツ丼弁当売ってたら食べよ。
