@UberEats I haven't received a refund for one of the items in my order but I can't submit this anywhere because your AI cjatbot doesn't give me the option. It says the refunds were processed but only one was.

@UberEats My order was marked as delivered, but I never received it. The driver only uploaded a photo from inside his bike instead of my delivery location. This is the second time this has happened. Your GPS should show he never stopped at my address. Please investigate this

Extremely disappointed with @NandosSA. Paid R1500 & received sides without the main chicken. Your branch staff told me it’s my fault for using @UberEats & accused their drivers of stealing. I expect a proper accountability. Who is going to pay for my wasted time?

Its been 2 weeks now waiting for my refund from uber. I bought food at night only to be notified it couldn’t be processed. the following morning i got an email that it was delivered. I need my refund @Uber @UberEats @UberEats

@UberEats @alizwa_mendy Uber is a scam last year they ripped me off of $25 when I placed an order and canceled it right away when I noticed it was at the wrong location canceled it within 2 minutes but yet they said I was not eligible for a discount cuz I took too long so they stole from a disabled man
