@UgcSam usually means your AOV dropped or Meta started bringing lower intent buyers even with similar CPM/CTR traffic can Look healthy while purchase quality gets worse

If CPM and CTR are largely unchanged, how can CVR be up AND ROAS down? Someone please explain lol

@UgcSam Maybe turn off the BOF assets and turn back on the TOF. If that has correlated to the performance dip I’d reverse the change

Memorial Day down 50% YOY, historically one of our best weekends of the year, smh. Meta throwing spend at ads like they have their eyes closed. Skill issue? Or just wait it out?

@FergalFDG ya I'm looking at the 14 day average against the trailing 30 day average. I've never really exported data into a chart lol.

@UgcSam It may be that you’re looking at averages. Meaning CVR could be way up for an ad set but dragging on another. When boarded together th overall CVR looks steady but it’s not. I’d break down by day, export the data and out into a chart.

@FergalFDG no, we didnt launch memorial day assets. all same evergreen ads. L14 multiple TOF winners stopped spending and algo pushed spend towards lesser BOF ads. But then tried to pull out the TOF winners to solo adsets, and that tanked. So all confused lol

@UgcSam Forced spend to Memorial Day sales? I’d suggest Turing them off and allowing the website to do the offer.

You can run your entire Meta ad account with one CBO. → Ad set 1: Historical winners with a cost cap → Ad set 2: Creative tests with min and max spend limits How the spend limits work. Min spend limit on ad set 2 forces your new tests to get budget alongside your old winners. Without it Meta keeps dumping spend into the historical ad set and ignores everything new. Max spend limit on ad set 2 keeps a new test from running away if Meta suddenly favors it before you've validated it. Unproven ads can spike CPA fast if you let them eat the whole campaign. This setup works for accounts spending under $1k/day. Simple structure, forced delivery on new ads, easy to manage.

My intuition about medical interventions has never once been wrong It saved my life multiple times when doctors made mistakes, saved me from having to use IVF, and led me to reverse multiple chronic diseases Something about some of these peptides is extremely off

@valoutofbounds eek! so much to go off of here. I can keep providing more details, and/or send test results of what he's done with like a dozen doctors, but not sure if its worth your time? lol, but desperate is an understatement here.

Would have to know what came back on the sinusKey and what function flagged. Have they done urine mycotoxin testing recently? Have they tested for any fungal components? And are you sure there's no new exposure still happening? Any genetic testing done? Some people genetically can't clear mycotoxins as well and need stronger support there. Without knowing test results, kinda limited in what I could suggest. I'd also recommend a few additional panels - HLA-DR, Immunoglobulin, a few more inflammation markers, NK cell activity, glutathione, OAT to check mitochondrial dysfunction- that could be contributing to not being able to clear the infection. Would also be curious if this person takes iron/has taken iron/or has has iron and ferritin status properly evaluated. Iron can feed infections and help to build biofilm. If this person is female, iron supplementation could be contributing to ongoing issues. Would also be curious to see other mineral status. Aside from it being drug-resistant, the body might genuinely have impaired detox capacity and that's something I see often and often have to address that first. Charcoal and clay are weak and not super effective binders for cases like this. I'd only opt for those in the case of food poisoning, so not surprised they haven't helped. You'd need more advanced binders formulated to target more specific toxins. CellCore has great ones (I have those linked in my account), but they're practitioner-grade and quite strong. Would not start off with Carboxy because it's too strong for most people, but Biotoxin binder might be a better first one. Completely depends on the person and also test results - going straight into a protocol to clear out an infection isn't always the right first step and can actually prolong the healing process - seems like this is the case for this person. Right off the bat and kinda intuitively, this seems like a terrain issue and not a treatment issue. MARCoNS thrives in an immune-suppressed environment, which is why I asked about Lyme and other co-infections like bartonella

@valoutofbounds not specifically Lyme I don't think, but in addition to Marcons, did a SinusKey, blood for pneumococcals, and function health Currently taking charcoal/clay binder, hasn't helped much. And previously did nasal rinse with different compounds - probiotic, DMSO, colloidal silver

Have they been assessed for Lyme and co-infections? (not western blot, it’s not accurate and misses many cases) If biofilm spray didn’t work well, I’d combine with high quality binders (would still want to test to confirm co-infections), a stronger biofilm disruptor, and add in nasal lavange with a botanical mix that isn’t drug-resistant (BEG can be, unfortunately). It varies from person to person, I’d be curious what testing was done for them

@valoutofbounds ok, what if there is a positive MARCONS, tried BEG spray but it gave crazy heartburn, and the person already moved homes lol, so back to drawing board

I'd get comprehensive mycotoxin testing done for the home and body first Nebulizing can be very effective, but what you put in the nebulizer will depend on what your testing shows and symptoms/medical history. I've supported a few people with long covid/non-viral upper respiratory infections, but they have all been very different from each other - so depends on the person

3PL peeps, did UPS shipping raise their rates AGAIN ? That's twice in the last few months. Our standard box+weight went up by $1.30 (65 cents 2 different times) in the last 3-4 months. @SamMendelsohnW6 @ChadCarleton

That box size notoriously gets measured just over 1 cubic foot as it sits right on the line and one dimension can send it over. The 14x14x6 dimensions are the interior, not the exterior, so it is likely measuring 15x15x8 The worst case for this is when using Surepost and price rises dramatically.
