I don’t understand why so much rubbish is being put into our food nowadays. It’s pretty scary once you start looking on the back & read the ingredients that are going into our food. Why can’t we just go back to natural.

I’m really struggling to understand the appeal of Reform. Are people really that offended by black and brown people living in their communities? Has the UK always been this racist and I just never really noticed?

St George’s flag stands for unity over hatred and decency over division. Those are the values I will always fight for. Some try to hijack our flag to spread hate, I reject their plastic patriotism. mirror.co.uk/news/politics/…

Arsenal’s remaining five Premier League games of the campaign are against teams in the bottom half of the table, and are all in London. 👀

33 years on, I still remember hearing about Stephen Lawrence - a young man who looked like me, with dreams and a life ahead, killed in a racist attack. His family’s fight for justice still inspires. We honour his legacy by continuing the work to build a society free from racism

Growing up I never came across anyone with a food intolerance like gluten, dairy & many many more. Nowadays it’s like an epidemic. So many people have food intolerances Why? I wonder if it has anything to do with all the processed foods we’ve been eating over the years?

Yes, we are expecting faux outrage. Starmer will be his normal insincere self. His ‘anger’ will be exaggerated and manufactured - he will hope to manipulate public opinion and most of his back benchers will nod along in support of him.  You can guarantee at some point the previous government will be blamed. He’s on a dodgy wicket because he doesn’t know what Ollie Robins will reveal tomorrow.  A poll released over the weekend found that only 16% of Britons believe Starmer has been honest regarding the appointment Mandelson. Many people are of the opinion Starmer lied to Parliament by previously stating that “full due process” was followed.  Starmer takes to the stage around 2.30 - 3.30pm depending which channel you watch.

NB I discussed Richard Tice’s tax affairs later on the show - as was always planned. It’s a great shame you responded to my very straightforward questions about the PM with whataboutery rather than actual answers
Tom Hayes MP@TomHayesBmouth

Reform’s Richard Tice failed to pay £100k in tax. Tice’s investment firm benefited. It then gave big sums to Reform. GB News viewers deserve to know that taxes could fall and hospitals could have more nurses to treat you if everyone just paid their tax.

Hold Your Nose and Vote Reform in May – Then Back Restore at the GE With the May local elections fast approaching, it’s time we all give serious thought to how we vote. Restore isn’t standing in most areas, only in Great Yarmouth so that option is off the table for the vast majority of us. At the same time, we can’t let frustration with Reform lead us to stay at home or split the vote in a way that hands more councils to far-left or Islamist-leaning parties. Look at recent by-elections: the Greens are gaining ground and look set to win seats and even councils in some places. The lower the turnout from our side, the easier it is for them to take control. So, while it may not be ideal, I believe we should all hold our noses and vote Reform in the upcoming May local elections and mayoral contests. Then, when the next general election comes, if Restore is properly organised and in a position to win, we can all get behind them. 🇬🇧🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿
