Astounded by the attitude and inflexibility of @HelloFreshUK They will not postpone a delivery with 5 days notice or deliver to an alternative address despite the recipient not being able to go back to their flat due to covid. Goodbye @HelloFreshUK your customer service is stale!

2 years ago we welcomed new members to our group and began the process of application to resettle a second refugee family through #CommunitySponsorship. Covid slowed it all down. We pressed on. Yesterday we finally received full @ukhomeoffice approval to welcome a 2nd family. 🥳

@lisachampney I get frustrated all the time by the rules which don’t make sense! My hubby keeps telling me, just stick to the rules and don’t try and make sense of them! It does take away the frustrations bit!! #feelyourpain

I find it so weird that a random person from HP can come to my house today to fix my laptop but I can’t go to my office to collect a temp laptop or my best friend can’t come around for a cuppa with the windows open. 😬 Hopefully the enter button will be fixed today regardless!

Bit of history: our co-founder James' mum was called Juliet. Sadly she passed away at the time we were setting up the distillery so naming our beautiful still after her seemed like a fitting tribute to a wonderful woman. We’ll drink to that.
