The 15th was the end of the grace period which unfortunately despite our best efforts we could not meet.  When we are able to resolve those issues, we will post the delinquent filings (2024 annual and 1st quarter 2025). We remain on the expert list until these issues are resolved however, some of the existing issues are somewhat beyond our ability to control. We will not be able to provide any timing on resolution as a result. Unfortunately, this a complex process. Some background: UATG originally became public in 1996 (well before existing management became involved) it was SEC registered and withdrew its SEC registration in 2008. No SEC reports were filed from Dec 2001 to 2008.  FINRA wants those missing reports filed. UATG does not have those records. Suffice it to say that it is a problem.  Our various alternatives discussed with the regulator body have not been positively received.  We remain hopeful but, clearly to date, they are insisting that the missing SEC reports be filed. We continue to work towards a viable resolution and are exploring alternatives to address FINRA’s concern as well as the overall issue.

@UmbraAppliedTec @LegendOfRachel_ @Eatmoredips Agree with others. You could have at least released the Q one day earlier. This is really killing investor trust.

$UATG @UmbraAppliedTec 1 day to go to submit financials or we go to expert market. It would be in your best interest to submit the paperwork no matter how bad it is. Your other option would be getting investigated by the SEC. Take your pick. Shareholders are pissed.

@UmbraAppliedTec @LegendOfRachel_ @Eatmoredips Maybe if you were transparent and honest, your loyal shareholders wouldn’t be so upset that they felt the need to express their total frustration and disappointment in a negative way.

The Company is aware of the updated OTC status and is working to resolve the matter over the next 15 day window at which time we will work to have EOY and Q1 posted. Thank you for your patience.

@Adamagain4 @Alanancy I don’t know that, that is true. Social media does not take part in any reporting/financial processes. We post what is approved. You can always email corporate with questions.

@UmbraAppliedTec @Alanancy We get that. But in retrospective, the main issue was we started the filing process so late. We took all the extensions possible. It is like a kid opening the book and preparing for final exams on the night before.

After further review/internal discussions UATG has unresolved issues regarding compliance w/ new OTC regs. UATG will NOT file its 24 annual report due 15APR until resolved. We do not have a definitive timeframe for filing. Pending clearance from OTC regulatory bodies.

@bobbar71 @Alanancy @Adamagain4 Q contains that info & we don’t have that here. That comes from corporate & it’s not being released until it’s approved & posted on OTC. That’s what we are told so that policy is what we relay to the public. We tweeted 5-6 days ago that no further info would be released until Q

@UmbraAppliedTec @Alanancy @Adamagain4 Uatg Nothing is stopping you from sharing highlights from annual report. Revs and yearly goals. Dont hide behind new regs and not info us of what all of us have been asking for... How many units in the field, low or high. How many units you are making each month, etc

A few have requested update on systems in the field and wanted to know if they were still in place.

For those asking about the gas wells. Current gas well being reworked. Part of a current lease,spanning 7,500 acres, being operated by H2O JV.

2024 YE is completed, Q1 is in process, both are being assessed for compliance w/ new OTC regs. Revs announced thru Q to include status on new ops in south TX, leases on oil/gas wells. Growth plans included in Q.  No further info will be given outside of coming public disclosure
