$UATG @UmbraAppliedTec 1 day to go to submit financials or we go to expert market. It would be in your best interest to submit the paperwork no matter how bad it is. Your other option would be getting investigated by the SEC. Take your pick. Shareholders are pissed.

And UATG if you didnt think people would be frustrated I dont know where your head is. We invested and deserve to know

@Adamagain4 @Alanancy I don’t know that, that is true. Social media does not take part in any reporting/financial processes. We post what is approved. You can always email corporate with questions.

After further review/internal discussions UATG has unresolved issues regarding compliance w/ new OTC regs. UATG will NOT file its 24 annual report due 15APR until resolved. We do not have a definitive timeframe for filing. Pending clearance from OTC regulatory bodies.

But if alex wanted to keep us informed on the business he could. I think we deserve to know why we didnt prepare for new regs from otc. Others did

@bobbar71 @Alanancy @Adamagain4 Q contains that info & we don’t have that here. That comes from corporate & it’s not being released until it’s approved & posted on OTC. That’s what we are told so that policy is what we relay to the public. We tweeted 5-6 days ago that no further info would be released until Q

@UmbraAppliedTec @Alanancy @Adamagain4 Uatg Nothing is stopping you from sharing highlights from annual report. Revs and yearly goals. Dont hide behind new regs and not info us of what all of us have been asking for... How many units in the field, low or high. How many units you are making each month, etc

@Alanancy @Adamagain4 Please read the tweets from the 14th & 16th as they explain where we are and why. We don’t control the entire process so we cannot give updates on what we dont know. Once we do, we will of course update all. Rules have changed and we are working within the new parameters.

@UmbraAppliedTec Uatg, its the end of the week, any updates to the timeframe for filing? If this is going to stretch out to multiple days, possibly weeks I think its reasonable to give us some highlights of Q4, nothing is stopping you from doing that.

@Eatmoredips @UmbraAppliedTec Pretty sad and frustrating as someone who has owned this stock for over 9yrs To watch and see at this time not even being able to file on time is pretty frustrating. Personally my confidence in uatg has never been this low. Feels like they are trying to hide something.

$UATG @UmbraAppliedTec one of the only OTC companies that has so much story to tell yet fails to tell it on time let alone at all. This could be trading well over .02 right now but simple reporting of progress and financials keeps failing.

@UmbraAppliedTec @Bonnrobert11 Is there a reason why you won't tell us how many you actually have? We sure appreciate the updates, but you always seem reluctant to answer this simple question.

A few have requested update on systems in the field and wanted to know if they were still in place.

@UmbraAppliedTec Shocked but not shocked UATG. Please update as answers come. No definitive timeframe does not instill confidence when confidence is low to begin with.

2024 YE is completed, Q1 is in process, both are being assessed for compliance w/ new OTC regs. Revs announced thru Q to include status on new ops in south TX, leases on oil/gas wells. Growth plans included in Q.  No further info will be given outside of coming public disclosure

@Adamagain4 Re-read the bottom paragraph of pg29 of Q3. I expect big numbers for uatg in annual report and Q1!

$UATG Last year the Q4 was released on 04/15 then Q1 on 05/14. The same gonna happen again. If we have mouth watering figures in those two Qs. We will go to the mooon...

@ironraf Uatg said they would be filing late, 4/15. Since they arent current i dont believe they need to file anything with the OTC

@UmbraAppliedTec Has an extension been filed with OTC yet? I think i speak for many we would love to see UATG current as soon as possible

Out of my 16 OTC stocks, my current top 3 favorites are $SHMN, $AHRO, and $UATG.

@UmbraAppliedTec Alex, where is the annual report? Not even filing a letter of delay? Uatg, whats going on. Its one thing not to PR its another to no file annual report or file a delay

Starting iron amount is pretty low for this load but we should be able to bring it down close to non-detect.
