$UATG @UmbraAppliedTec 1 day to go to submit financials or we go to expert market. It would be in your best interest to submit the paperwork no matter how bad it is. Your other option would be getting investigated by the SEC. Take your pick. Shareholders are pissed.

@UmbraAppliedTec This is 100% inexcusable. Why not just be honest with your shareholders and be honest and let us know what is really going on. I know you keep saying you won’t release any information before the official documents are released. So no release, then no information ever?

The Company is aware of the updated OTC status and is working to resolve the matter over the next 15 day window at which time we will work to have EOY and Q1 posted. Thank you for your patience.

@Adamagain4 @Alanancy I don’t know that, that is true. Social media does not take part in any reporting/financial processes. We post what is approved. You can always email corporate with questions.

After further review/internal discussions UATG has unresolved issues regarding compliance w/ new OTC regs. UATG will NOT file its 24 annual report due 15APR until resolved. We do not have a definitive timeframe for filing. Pending clearance from OTC regulatory bodies.

@UmbraAppliedTec @Adamagain4 Thanks for your response but considering I have been a shareholder for over 8 years backing this company has become very difficult. It would be nice to get some factual, provable information. And yes I have read all past tweets.

@Alanancy @Adamagain4 Please read the tweets from the 14th & 16th as they explain where we are and why. We don’t control the entire process so we cannot give updates on what we dont know. Once we do, we will of course update all. Rules have changed and we are working within the new parameters.

The H2O IRS unit arrived customer site 26FEB24. Unit was set up, calibrated & loaded. Currently finalizing testing & evaluation period. Initial excellent results. Further specifics in future PR. No additional info will be given at this time. AU

@Adamagain4 We had a few challenges w/ weather in CO. It was -12 so installation was a bit challenging. Assembly is proceeding well however and we are still tracking on schedule. Interior pics of proprietary tech will not be made public but I will see what we can show. AU

This is the first unit before it left TX yesterday. It arrived in CO about 2 hrs ago where they are prepping it for installation of the iron removal tech. AU
