اگر کوئی سروے کریں تو بلوچستان میں 90٪ نوجوان صرف تعلیم کے غرض سے باہر کے ممالک اور پاکستان کے بڑے شہروں میں مقیم ہیں، نیشنل لائبریری اسلام آباد ہو یا لاہور کے قاہد اعظم لائبریری آپ کو سب زیادہ بلوچستان کے نوجوان ہی ملینگے. اور بدقسمتی سے بلوچستان کا یہ چہرہ کوئی نہیں دیکھاہیگا
