What about this clear violation of statutory law, where the Maulana is openly threatening and defying parliamentary authority by declaring that he will not comply with a rule enacted by the state for the protection of child welfare?

Breaking: Karachi lawyers protest the illegal arrest of Advocates Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chattha. ‘This is an attack on anyone who dares to wear the black coat’.

Judge Afzal Majoka has no jurisdiction to convict Advocates @ImaanZHazir and @AdvHadiali as he is expressly barred from pronouncing final judgement under Section 526(8) Cr.P.C. till the final disposal of the transfer application which is pending before the Islamabad High Court. We filed this Transfer Application on behalf of Imaan and Hadi on 05.12.2025 seeking transfer of the trial from the Court of Afzal Majoka. The Application is yet to be heard and decided. It does not matter what the findings of the judge are. It does not matter what the merits or demerits of the evidence are. Nothing matters. This act of Judge Afzal Majoka is Coram non judice. It is not a judicial order, it is a nullity, not even worth the paper it is written on. Imaan and Hadi do not stand convicted but this trial has proved to be sham beyond any doubt and has irreparably prejudiced Imaan and Hadi's right to fair trial and thus the trial should be considered vitiated. Whether the Judge acted out of contempt, incompetence or under duress the express and mandatory command of law was ignored. No High Court or Supreme Court can defend this even after the 27th Amendment. Imaan and Hadi have again won in exposing the regime. Duffers remain Duffers.

طاقتور وں کی خوشآمد اور مفاد پرستی ایمان مزاری پر تنقید کرنے والوں کا خاندانی پیشہ ہے۔ یہ وہ بزدل اور منافق لوگ ہیں جنھوں نے کبھی بھی کسی عدالتی کاروائی کا ذاتی مشاہدہ نہیں کیا اور نہ ہی انسانی حقوق کے لئیے آواز اُٹھا ئی، زندگی کی تمام آسائشوں کیساتھ یہ لوگ لاپتہ افراد اور ظلم کا شکار دوسرے غریب لوگوں کے دکھوں کا کبھی اندازہ بھی نہیں کر سکتے۔ ایمان مزاری اور ایڈوکیٹ ھادی وکلا کا ایک بہادر جوڑا ہے جنکی وجہ سے غریب لوگ امید اور آس کی ایک آخری اور کمزور ڈوری سے موجودہ سیاسی اور عدالتی نظام سے جُڑے ہیں۔ یہ نام نہاد ناقدین نما ٹاؤٹ شاید جانتے بھی نہیں کہ ان دو ہیروز نے کتنے لوگوں کو ظلم اور جبر کے نظام میں انصاف دلانے کی کوشش کی ہے ۔ ایمان مزاری پر بیجا الزام تراشی کرنے والے نام نہاد صحافیوں کے منہ تو اس قابل بھی نہیں کہ جن پر تُھوکا جائے۔

This is state harassment, not law enforcement. Human rights advocates @ImaanZHazir and @AdvHadiali are being targeted through bogus FIRs and fabricated cases for speaking truth to power. Criminal law is being used as a weapon to crush dissent.#DefendDefenders

We need to understand the difference between rule of law and rule by law. Rule of law is a strength and rule by law is naked weakness. This case is a classical example of rule by law.

عورت مارچ کراچی کی جانب سے ماہ جبین اور نسرینہ بلوچ کی جبری گمشدگی کے خلاف آج کراچی پریس کلب میں ایک پریس کانفرنس ہونا تھی، مگر اسے روکنے کے لیے ریاستی جبر کی پوری مشینری کو حرکت میں لایا گیا۔ پہلے پولیس نے رابطہ کر کے پریس کانفرنس منسوخ کرنے کا دباؤ ڈالا اور اس کے بعد، 3:30 پر پریس کانفرنس شروع ہونے سے پہلے ہی کراچی پولیس نے پریس کلب کے تمام راستے سیل کر دیے، وہاں پہنچنے والے شرکاء کو روک کر ہراساں کیا، گرفتاریاں بھی کیں، اور عملاً پورے ایریا کو ایک گھیراؤ کی شکل دے دی۔ یہ کریک ڈاؤن اسی لیے کیا گیا کیونکہ یہ پریس کانفرنس دو بلوچ لڑکیوں، ایک پولیو سے متاثرہ ماہ جبین اور دوسری محض پندرہ سالہ بچی نسرینہ کی جبری گمشدگی کے خلاف تھی۔ اگر یہ معاملہ کسی اور کمیونٹی کا ہوتا تو شاید نہ پولیس کی یہ بےچینی دکھائی دیتی اور نہ انتظامیہ کی یہ جارحیت۔ مگر بلوچ اس ریاست میں آج بھی شہری تو دور، انسان سمجھنے کی حد تک بھی تسلیم نہیں کیے جاتے۔ اور جو ان کے دکھ، ان کے حق، اور ان کی آواز کے ساتھ کھڑا ہو، اسے بھی اسی جبر، اسی ہراسگی اور گرفتاریوں کا سامنا کرنا پڑتا ہے۔

اسلام آباد سمیت مختلف شہروں میں افغان خاندانوں کو بلاوجہ گرفتار کر کے جیلوں میں ڈالنا اور غیر انسانی سلوک کرنا انسانیت کی توہین ہے۔ انسانی حقوق کے اداروں کی یہ مجرمانہ خاموشی شرمناک ہے
