Alongside several of his Club Running teammates and Hannah Stovall, a master’s student in @umichsph who helped save his life, Ethan started a group called Cardiac Arrest Preparation (CAP). Since then, the group has led 24 trainings, helping 450 students learn hands-only CPR.

CPR saves lives, and there are many popular songs you can use to keep rhythm during chest compressions. We can't play them here, so our teams grabbed a metronome and shared some show-stopping, lifesaving tunes! Songs between 100-120 beats per minute (BPM) are recommended for CPR.
