Yes, but when it’s not identified as a problem and becomes the norm, loopholes and regulations will be gamed, especially when said Constitution was written a long time ago, before the writers even considered internet (and others) would be a thing. I get and appreciate the checks and balances process, for what it was intended. I cannot even fathom that it was designed to skirt the intended laws and regulations for their respective purposes, and further protected by the same laws.

First, I’m not “hardcore” anything. Second, this is not a “follower” thing. Those mad about it are protecting their own self interests and those of their “constituents”, which, by law, a bunch aren’t even qualified to vote in the first place. Sure, it flips the table, but might be what it needs.

We aren't getting paid to protest and wouldn't except if it was offered. There are so many posts showing protesters saying they are at work. Meaning they are getting paid to protest.
