My daughter, Aubrynn, was 17 years old. She was selected for a school trip from July 9 to July 22. The vaccine was mandatory for the trip. She was the only one in our family who received it, despite our pleas not to. She was vaccinated on June 7 and again on June 28, 2022. She left for her trip, and on July 18 she texted me that she did not feel well. We did not hesitate. We immediately drove from Michigan to New York to bring her home. We arrived the next day, which was also our three year old’s birthday. We celebrated with cake and ice cream. Later that night, Aubrynn and I shared some soup together before she went to bed. The next morning, I took her to urgent care. We waited for hours. At one point, she managed to sit up and quietly asked me, “Did they call me yet?” Before we even understood what was happening, my daughter collapsed from cardiac arrest. She was airlifted to Children’s Hospital. She was placed on an ECMO machine and treated with Remdesivir. Her body began shutting down. Her limbs turned black from lack of blood flow. Infections spread. Her kidneys failed. On August 6, we were told there was nothing more they could do. We were forced to make the impossible decision to turn off the machines. We had to let our daughter go. I am sharing this because Aubrynn mattered. Her life mattered. Hennr story matters. She was not just a number or a statistic. She was my child. And I will spend the rest of my life speaking her name and telling the truth about what happened to her.

@jimmy_dore So shocking to find out so many comedians were just puppets, and would say whatever they were told without any critical thought whatsoever. And so thankful for those (like yourself) who were not and did not bow to the authoritarians. ❤️

@jsm2334 @msabouri @BrentCa24718741 appears to show no association for autism (despite the inadequate sample) & then do a complete 180 to claim reporting the results of the same analyses for the other outcomes (those with adequate occurences), is a "misinterpretation" of the study! You can't have it both ways prof!

@jsm2334 @msabouri @BrentCa24718741 Nope -- as you have admitted (repeatedly) here, the Cox model adj. HRs account for most of those issues (& the authors of the study did sensitivity analyses for the others). I'm not the one "[spinning] the results" - you are perfectly happy to accept the analysis when the result

Moronic take. Burden is not on proving a negative. Which Siri damn well knows.
Children’s Health Defense@ChildrensHD

Aaron Siri sued the CDC with one simple demand: Show us the studies that allegedly prove vaccines do not cause autism. Their answer will shock you: “40 to 70% of parents who have a child with autism report that they believe vaccines cause their child’s autism.” “When you ask them what vaccines you think cause your child’s autism, they’ll say the vaccines given in the first six months of life.” “On behalf of ICANN … we sent a Freedom of Information Act request, FOIA request to the CDC.” “We said, your website says vaccines do not cause autism. Please give us the studies that show that Hep B vaccines given three times in the first six months of life do not cause autism.” “Please give us the studies that show that DTaP vaccine given three times in the first six months of life do not cause autism.” “Same thing for IPV vaccine, for PCV vaccine, and for HIV vaccine.” “Each one of those vaccines is given three times each in the first six months of life. 15 injections.” “They never gave us the studies.” “I sued them in the Southern District of New York.” “Days before the hearing, I get a list of 20 studies, finally, from the DOJ, because they represent the CDC.” “19 of them have nothing to do with the vaccines given in the first six months of life.” “They were all either MMR studies or studies of an ingredient that wasn’t in those vaccines.” “One of them was an Institute of Medicine [study] from 2012 that canvassed all the literature on whether DTaP vaccine does or does not cause autism.” “The Institute of Medicine … said, we can only find one study on DTaP and autism.” “And in fact it showed an association between [the] DTaP vaccine and autism.” “But the IOM threw it out because they said there’s no unvaccinated control in it.” “When their back was to the wall, they had nothing.” “There are no studies.” “They could not produce one that showed the vaccines given in the first six months of life do not cause autism.” “Here’s the thing they left out: there is one study out there regarding Hep B vaccines and autism.” “It’s from Gallagher and Goodman out of the University of Stony Brook.” “And it showed that kids that got Hep B vaccine versus those that did in the first month of life had three times the rate of autism.” @joerogan @AaronSiriSG

@jsm2334 @msabouri @BrentCa24718741 with exposure to any vaccination increasing the risk of these chronic health outcomes from 2.6 to >6 times, compared to no exposure! Thank you for helping me to clarify this - I really appreciate it. 4/4

@jsm2334 @msabouri @BrentCa24718741 the study was not able to evaluate that individual relationship, but that there was a very significant association found between vaccination and the development of asthma, atopic disease, autoimmune disease, and neurodevelopmental disorders (including autism), 3/4

@rthrash3 @MaryBowdenMD Right, data for most states came from the CDC and the 2025 data included in the chart went up to Feb 27 for those states, while data for TX and NM came from a different source and the chart included up to March 4th for those 2.

@kenbenton1143 @MaryBowdenMD No, the asterisk note indicates that 2025 numbers were up to date as of February 27th, with the exception of TX and NM which went up to March 4th.

@Truth_in_Number @MaryBowdenMD Sorry, I thought you were highlighting the Trump date on your graph. Yes, the data was from early '25 as indicated on the chart. However it was for the whole country, not just 2 states. She did say cases were low compared to previous yrs, so I don't know where she got that idea.

@UnMaskd_Truth @MaryBowdenMD I'm saying Mary Talley Bowden is a liar for claiming that measles rates are down in the US by using an out of date chart, with partial 2025 data, representing only two states. Real data.

@Chardelacru @MaryBowdenMD I imagine she had the chart from last yr & reposted it to show measles have been high in previous yrs (2014, 2019) as well. It feels like if she wanted to emphasize cases were down, she would have included last yr since it was even higher. C-note claimed chart was not all US.👇

@UnMaskd_Truth @MaryBowdenMD Cool story. It is now 2026. Any reason why she wouldn’t share the numbers for the full year of 2025? My assumption is to mislead as she states cases are down. What part of the community note is false?

@bfhermann @MaryBowdenMD LOL - the community note is false. The graph shows cases for the whole US, it is just not up to date for 2025 as indicated by the color of the bar & the date at the bottom. It's easy to check this by searching 'how many measles cases in 2014', or 2019, for example.
