🚨 Breaking | U.S. & Israeli Bombing of #Iran | Sa’dabad Complex The Green Palace is one of the most iconic buildings in Tehran’s Sa’dabad Complex, originally built in the late Qajar period (late 19th–early 20th century) and later expanded and used during the Pahlavi era (1925–1979). The complex itself spans multiple palaces, museums, and historic buildings from these periods and is now a major cultural heritage site. The Omidvar Brothers Museum houses artifacts from the Omidvar brothers, Iran’s first modern world travelers, while the Vali Pavilion (Kushk) is another historic structure within the same complex. These are cultural and historical sites, not military facilities. Under international law, including the 1954 Hague Convention for the Protection of Cultural Property, historic sites, museums, and cultural landmarks are protected and must not be targeted or subjected to foreseeable damage. Striking or causing serious structural damage to such sites, especially when they have no military function, is not just incidental.
