I know the family's very happy, but I was talking to him before and I told him I'm not satisfied that we would like to see action taken and I know they're very supportive of seeing this judge impeached. I think it's absolutely appropriate and if you're not going to use it in situations like this, then you're basically saying you know judges can continue to be derelict in their duty and there's not really going to be much of a recourse and I just can't imagine that that's what the people of this state want to have.”
