I had a great time at this past weekends VA Glory Strikeout Cancer tournament! I had a great offensive weekend and had a .533 Avg. and on defense caught someone stealing. My team and I can’t wait to get back out for the next tournament! @gatorjack72 @USASoftballREC @UnityTownsend

Finished the weekend with 2 hits and 6 catches in the outfield, including running into the fence to catch a foul ball. Well-rounded performance on both sides of the ball. We had our Varsity Softball Banquet this week and I was given the “Wildcat Award” by my coaches. An award for someone who works hard at practice, gives it their all in games, and is a great teammate. Honored to be chosen because each of my teammates were worthy of this award.

So blessed for the opportunity to help coach the Nansemond River Select 10U while I wait to get back on the field with my team @UnityTownsend. So proud of these girls for earning 2nd place in the Gold Bracket, I’m excited to continue to watch them grow in the sport they love!

Great game today against Tallwood. The Eagles took the win 19-3. I went 4 for 4 at the plate with 5 RBIs and had no errors at shortstop. Great performance last night against Kempsville, final score 12-2. I went 2-4 with a walk, recording two singles as well as the walk-off hit to close things out. Defensively, I threw a runner out from left field to keep the momentum on our side. Looking forward to the upcoming games and continuing to build on performances like this one.
