@alistjpeg Ngl, I think part of it is changes in the algorithm. Its a lot harder for things to get seen and it'll often suppress post vy people you know so you'll miss important events and shit.

Dude, I keep seeing these posts everywhere and I’m hoping someone can actually break it down for me. VTubers constantly talk about the “good old days” of the pre-2021 era. They say back then the scene felt like a genuine tight-knit community where everybody pretty much knew each other. Now everything feels so different and not the same anymore. Is this purely nostalgia talking, or has the VTubing scene actually changed that much?

@KUMA_LICIOUS Flowerknows has good pigmentation its just meant to be sheer (douyin makeup n all that). Though I definitely prefer the shimmers to the mattes. I'm also just partial to eyeshadow above anything else.

@PVNKSTER Its not something I really talking about but going from being a teenager that walked 2 to 3 miles a day, could bike 60 miles, and lift 80 pounds to a 24 year old who spends at least half the week bed bound has been crushing. There is so much I miss doing.

Assuming mid-poke means that you're already in the tissue, then it doesn't really matter since you're just giggling while depressing the plunger at that point. But if I'm not in yet then it depends, if it's an IV injection it doesn't really matter once you're in the port. If it's IM, then you should probably take an extra second because you don't want to be aiming a needle with the giggles, even if the deltoid or gluteal targets are quite big. If it's intraarticular and like I'm doing a corticosteroid injection with an ultrasound probe or an anatomically-guided subacromial injection then pls dont fuck with me 😬

If you're a doctor giving a patient an injection and they make you laugh like really hard mid poke do you just have to lock in and hold it so you don't accidentally stab them while laughing? I can't stop thinking about this

Can you guys let me know if I’m crazy? So last month I inquired to my landlord about getting a cat because I was lonely. She and her daughter agreed with a 250 deposit. But then some time after I reported to them that the bathroom I used had black mold. We went back and forth- they wanted to paint over it and I told them you can’t do that and so they just got it done. Now that it’s time for me to get the cat they are backtracking- saying that they are worried about my allergies (I’m not allergic to cats and they have animals) and then they said they are worried about the heat in my room because it gets hot, but I fixed that issue with black out curtains and changing my fan so it’s super cool cooler then it was before. Me and my mom and a friend suggested that them backtracking and giving me excuses now on if I can get the cat or not is revenge because I complained about the mold in the bathroom and they had to fix it which if your going to be a landlord you can’t have BLACK MOLD in a bathroom.. and my landlord has been giving me the cold shoulder since I got out the hospital…but idk you guys let me know. My mom and friend are both telling me to plan my exit plan and look for a new place to live.

@vampire_toothy A lot of these responses sound like survivor mains who have no idea how miserable killer has gotten. I dont abandon as killer (or survivor) but I certainly understand why people would want the option.

Is this really an insane take? Granting the ability to abandon for when the gates are powered is a lot like how survivors have the ability to abandon when slugged multiple times. Sure it’s lenient and there is always the chance that a match could turn around, but having the option to abandon in typically miserable scenarios is at the player’s own discretion. Having options to get yourself out of unsalvageable matches is a good thing if the end result is that you can get yourself into a better match sooner. The absolute worst thing that can happen is being forced to play out a match you know you’ve not only lost but are also completely miserable in. For the amount of agency that survivors have been given with the abandon feature, there’s no harm in extending the same to killers. Everyone saves time, everyone gets their points, nobody is loses out at all as anybody who believes there is still a chance in their match will still play it out anyways.

@UFOkiyo I cant honestly tell you that it will just be okay seeing as I'm going through something similar. But I can say, from personal experience, that medical misery won't stop you from being happy. All the pain i feel won't go away but it also doesn't change that I have so much good.
